The ULTIMATE galaxy-brain Miraculous Ladybug hypothesis:

Adrien Agreste is a trans girl.

Evidence? Absolutely nothing to do with Adrien as a character and everything to do with Chloé Bourgeois and Kagami Tsurugi. Both have clearly got repressed lesbian tendencies and both fixated on Adrien as a romantic interest. This could be because they all come from the same fucked-up tiny rich people social circle, of course, or because Adrien is famously good-looking (a model!) and a very plausible crush, or because Adrien is "safe" in some way... or it could be a manifestation of the well-known phenomenon where the last "man" a lesbian dates before finally accepting that she's gay later turns out to have been a closeted/repressed trans woman.
